When I first started Swof Media with Richard and Gary back in November 2011, we started the company with the mission of helping other companies with their creative, marketing and technical needs and it was very much about being helpful, useful and adding value for our customers. Today, 10 years later, this very much remains our mission or as we now like to say: “We get you ahead, and we keep you ahead.”
I’ve learnt a lot over the last 10 years, both about myself as a person and how to be a leader and also how to run a business (but I’m still learning!). We have now grown to a team of 13 and developing our staff and their careers is really important to me. Leading the way with encouragement, positivity and compassion is something I hope to continue doing for the next decade.
Early in 2022 we’ll be launching our own new website which will be showcasing our breadth of skills, our great team and some of our very best recent work, so please look out for this!
I would like to finish by saying a huge thanks to all of our team and all of their excellent hard work. And also thanks to all our clients for using us and trusting us with their brands, marketing and digital needs. I’m very excited to take Swof Media into the next decade and hope we can continue to attract some great clients and projects in the years ahead.
