By 2030, McKinley and Company predict that 70% of all administrative work and manual processes will be automated.
This makes it more important than ever to invest in your business structure, digital toolkit, and, most importantly, your team.
Swof Media kicked off the year with a new partnership and training focused on CRM migration and automation.
The goal was to enhance services and help the team gain confidence with digital tools and automation.

The firm has also made new commitments to professional development, funding a Level 6/Degree Equivalent for one employee, Jay Muldoon, Marketing Manager, while also investing in further training for the whole marketing team in April.
“In a changing digital world, it’s really important all teams, but especially marketers, are confident in their digital abilities, and when talking about automation or generative AI,” said Jay Muldoon.
Many of Swof Media’s clients are SMEs or startups. While our clients are brilliant, in many cases they don’t have internal marketing teams or resources.
To give our best, we need the right skills in-house and strong partnerships to ensure we’re tracking top-tier marketing campaigns.
Here’s what business leader, and founder, Steve Swoffer had to say:
“We’ve had a great start to the year and have reached our Q1 targets already. We’re fortunate to be in a position to continue working with such great clients and consequently have the confidence to invest in professional development for our growing team.”
