Alongside ongoing marketing activity, an award-winning mobile app was developed for Dignipets in 2025.
The app provides pet owners across the UK with direct, real-time access to hospice support from qualified veterinary professionals. This extends the Dignipets service model beyond appointments, creating a more continuous and accessible care experience.
Users can monitor their pet’s health, book mobile veterinary visits, and access advice from real vets through a single platform. As a result, the app supports both customer convenience and increased engagement, while contributing to appointment generation and overall service utilisation.
